The first impression we had was when we walked in the door. The facility was immaculate and the staff greeted us immediately and were friendly and professional. Fred was very thorough in his inspection of what needed to be done to fix the damage to our car. Throughout the process Fred kept us informed with phone calls and emails to let us know what was done and what needed to be done in order for our car to be completed on time. When I picked up my car on the expected date, it was beautiful! I was equally impressed when I got in my car as they professionally cleaned the inside of my car as well. I felt like I was driving away in a new car. I highly recommend Waterford Collision!!

Fred at Waterford Collision made the entire repair process very easy. They called shortly after I spoke to my insurance company to schedule an appointment for the next day and were able to get my vehicle in right away. Fred clearly explained all the repairs that would be done to my vehicle and an estimated completion date. The vehicle was completed ahead of schedule and I am happy with the repairs. They even cleaned the entire vehicle inside and out even though the damage was only to the outside rear of the vehicle. My daughter even commented on how clean the truck was. Great Service!
