Not rude but no one gives you a straight answer. Also very little empathy for my situation. Car took much longer than expected and I was hoping for them to be more empathetic because of that.

I did not like the delay in the repair. Vehicle taken in on Monday as requested.Repair not completed till late Thursday. The job was sad to take one or two days.
