They are always very nice and informative both times I have dealt with the Zach, he communicates I never have to call that is the best. the one time I had an issue with the work (today) he fixed the problem quickly and I was on my way.

Have a paint run in a corner of my new bumper, a metal bar behind said bumper was left slightly bent (untouched during repair), and my driver side headlight was not plugged back in. Overall not impressed by the attention to detail but the paint itself looks nice other than the run in a corner.
