Every person I interacted with- both receptionists, Josh Wester, the rep who went over the vehicle with me at delivery, and the unseen craftsmen- were exceptional. I received thorough and timely communication from Josh, and the rep who walked me through all the completed repairs (without any rush near the end of the day on a Friday) gave me great confidence in the integrity of the repair. The vehicle and the repairs were immaculate. My vehicle is better than it was before being hit! You all made an aggravating situation with a hit-and-run accident into a very positive experience. Great communication from Josh Wester, who gave me timely updates. The Office Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rep who assisted me at the time of pick-up was also very thorough and walked me through each part of the repair, even though it was close to the end of the day on a Friday.
