Hood dent removal is marginal at best in that Dent Busters attempted to polish over the debt removal creating swirl marks on the black paint. Not ideal, for sure. Also...more minor issues of dirty floor mats, loss of radio station presets and messed up cabin climate control were also irritants. Also, asking for full payment prior to being allowed to inspect the vehicle is poor business practice. Positives: Wes was very nice to deal with and the delivery of the vehicle back to us was ahead of schedule.

Drew was very helpful, keeping me apprised of the progress throughout. The receptionists and the initial estimator were helpful as well. The repairs were done superbly and the car is literally as good as new. Thanks for wonderful service!

We had to call for updates and status. We weren't called to let us know our vehicle arrived, what needs to be repaired, etc. poor communication but least we did get returned phone calls

I was impressed on the fact they actually communicated with we regularly as to what was hapenning. They went so far as to get me a loaner car because my insurance didn't cover that.
