Paint does not match on the passenger side , not really sure how that works. Whole bumper cover was painted, there are places that “appear” bumper was painted on car , gaps are not consistent and the trim piece on the left side of the hatchback / deck lid is still higher than it should be - need to bring it back but havnt been able to stop working long enough

Shop started out communicated good , but went downhill when they started to see our frustrations behind all the delays. We were out of a car almost two months because of several delays on the insurance and shop and no one seems to care could barely get in touch with insurance and the shop just felt like we should be ok with all the delays and getting false hope from automated text , but the shop kept pushing the date back went from being out of a car one month too almost two

Vehicle is missing a piece that keeps my license plate in place and used the bumper. My light is just dangling I had to repair it myself. My rim is also missing a lug nut and I had to replace myself. Overall, not so great.
