My problem was nit with the shop. But with liberty. The person handing the claim sent me a message asking why I kicked up a rental and did not drop off my car. That’s total bullshit. The work order shows the time and date i dropped off my car and picked it up. I don’t appreciate the accusal. Even the fact that you spec out used parts. I understand that. Tried to be as understanding as possible. The get a text like that. So. Now I am done. Thru with liberty. Done.

It would have been nice if the repairs was completed indoor having the hose that hooks up to my radiator caring my transmission had not popped off within 2 hours of me picking it up from the shop. Thank Gid I was rescued by a true machinists before my transmission was runes. Never again.
