The car rented through Enterprise in Wayne was inadvertently returned to Wayne auto body shop when picking up our car due to misinformation by your employee they handle the rental car return. While this was appreciated, it created more problems since according to Enterprise, this is not their protocol and rental should have been returned to them by us. Enterprise does not have the car in their possession and since you are closed this weekend, we can’t resolve this issue until Monday.
