Due to poor quality of repair that now requires additional repair and rental car cost and inconvenience.

They damaged plastic and leather with a screwdriver on the inside door when replacing the driver window. Reassembled the interior door pieces poorly and had to much pearl/shine in the paint color match.

there is gap between the light and the body of the car so it looks like it was done by an handyman rather than a professional shop

I didn’t understand why it took more than 40 days for my bumper to get fixed I had to have a rental car for this duration I am happy that my car came back looking great I wish you hadn’t taken so long
