Was not happy with final costs and what I thought were excessive charges for parts and labor! They had vehicle for over 6 weeks for what was supposed to be 2 week repair. Indicated the had to repaint several times because color did not match! When I picked up vehicle I noticed several defects and issues. Hood was not aligned and gapped properly, painted over dent in drivers side passenger door, inner fender liner not fully attached, overspray on windshield and side vents, swirl marks in paint on replaced driver door, engine compartment full of caked on body shop dirt and dust, same with areas around wipers and vent below windshield.

Michael was very curious when first brought in and said he would provide me with updates regularly! Only received 1 call from him in 6 weeks! I called him almost every week to get up dates! Sometime only got voice mail but never received return call!
