Took forever honestly. I didn’t get mad but was frustrated that it took a month to get it in and then it sat there for a month. Would have preferred they ordered parts before truck got there given it took a month to get in. And I adked since it took so long to get done if they could detail car while it was there and they said yes but they didn’t.

I am so thankful for the beautiful work done on my RX 350. The rear passenger window was smashed in on a Friday evening and one of your great employees was at your shop working on that Saturday even though the office was closed. I was able to leave the RX there so I didn’t have to drive 160 miles with a totally open window.
