My bumper repair looks great, however it appeared that my personal belongings had been gone through as a small drawstring bag in my center console was opened and broken. that was definitely upsetting as shawn reassured me i did not need to take anything out of my vehicle. Scheduling was a nightmare as the dates we had talked about in person did not translate to the follow up email after the evaluation of my vehicle. After the mix up, I was still called on the day I had made it clear I was unavailable asking if I was still bringing my car in to be serviced. The stress of rescheduling what I thought was already scheduled was very annoying as I had to align my rental car drop off with my service. Felt unprofessional, but I appreciate the quality of service done to fix the damage to my vehicle.
