I still need to come in and talked about , my vehicle trunk still has a bent in it. I didn't like that I wasn't informed by the shop what was going on with my vehicle. When I called it was a "Don't call us until we call you ". That's rude. I understand that it's busy but it would of been nice too have them at least give me a update on it. So I'm not in the dark. I wasn't pleased with the serve. The way they didn't fix my trunk. I'm sure I'm going to have to wait awhile for them too fix it the right way... I will not refer anyone here. This will be my last. The bumper was repaired beautifully. Everything that followed, though, was egregious: particularly: the car being done on 12/30 and my not receiving a call until 1/4, and the lack of communication that my car was "dead in the water." I paid for a tow and a diagnostic fee to find out that my 2007 Prius had a .5" of water around the 12V battery (not the main Hybrid battery.) Once that was replaced, I haven't had a single issue. I was happy that Glen and the body shop inspected and resealed the compartment. I felt like Webb misdiagnosed my primary commuting vehicle so I would feel trapped and trade it in for another Toyota/car payment.

I would definitely recommend to take your vehicle back to where you bought it for service or repairs.

I’ve learned a long time ago, that if you need service to your vehicle, take it back to the place you bought it from and get factory parts and not after market part. I am totally satisfied with the repair.
