I am still waiting to hear when the repair can be completed and I got the truck back with parts missing. Something as obvious as the cap to the washer fluid resevor is broken and not there. To not put that part on which is locally available is not what I wanted to see.

Truck is not fixed yet waiting to get scheduled for time to get repaired as I am not dropping it off and not being able to pick it back up within a specific time.

I am absolutely impressed with the service at Webb. They were great at answering my questions and completing the work in great time. What really impressed me what that they were able to get my oil changed and a new battery while the other repairs were being taken care of, so I only had to go in once to take care of the payments. Shout out to Michelle (great customer service) and Randall (felt like my truck was in good hands). All my friends who took their vehicles for repairs elsewhere didn't get their vehicles back for MONTHS, whereas mine only took 16 days. Keep up the great work everyone!

The workmanship is good. The paint color didn’t really match the original color. It is more white than the original blizzard pearl color.
