Webb Body Shop took care of me and made my process smooth with no hassle at all. Even with my car’s unfortunate challenge of “waiting on parts”, Michelle and the team did advise me on the probable delay so the process did go without any complaints from me. The repairs took longer than I was told and did not receive updates. I had to call the shop. The paint was slightly off but work was good.

Michelle is great! And so is Randal. They kept me informed about the process. Michelle was very clear and patient. She even waited in the office, staying late, to help me pick up my vehicle after hours.

It’s hard to rate this early because things happen to the work but so far it looks great. Everyone was so nice in the shop. Very friendly and accommodating. My experience with Webb body shop has been excellent. Thanks guys for really taking the time to help me.

They are very professional. Michelle, the front office receptionist is very helpful and always “on the ball”. Unfortunately I have had to take my vehicles in for multiple dear related accidents, so I have gotten to know her a little bit and she is so sweet. Web is lucky to have her working for them. She is just an awesome person and works very well with customers. The body shop does an amazing job as well.
