The original repair was expected to be 1 - 3 days. Further damage was discovered necessitating ordering of more parts. That is fine but three estimated deadlines came and went without feedback unless I initiated it. Arranging rentals and borrowing neighbor's cars became an issue with missed anticipated deadlines. The text methodology was nice versus phone calls.

The webb group was fantastic on fixing the vehicle we sent in and the secatary worker in the body shop was a very nice person and she Treated us with respect. I would give the team and her a raise for doing such an excellent job.
