I had to bring my suburban in for a hit & run repair. I had previously taken it to Hi-Country Chevrolet, where it sat for 31 days with no progress on the repairs or insurance claim. After experiencing massive frustrations with their shop and personnel not providing updates or answering phone calls, I picked up my vehicle and brought it to Webb Chevrolet. Within 24 hours I had already received information that the estimate had been completed and accepted. The repairs look beautiful, and the shop and personnel were helpful and communicative. I would definitely use this repair shop again.

The tailgate was not repainted where the body damage caused the paint to be scraped off the tailgate.

Upon initial contact customer service was fantastic. Before repairs began my questions about upgrading the rear bumper (at my expense) was met with inflexibility. Upon leaving vehicle to be repaired, customer service seemed quite vague on when to expect repairs to be completed. Upon repair completion it seemed as though customer service was basically of the attitude that I should pay my deductible and hit the road. On a final note, a bright spot was the technician that retrieved the truck for me was quite proud of the outstanding work he did on applying the decal and pinstriping!

Looks like the connection to the bed there is a noise making when driving and noticed that its kind of still loose. They mentioned they replace a brace in there but there is a different type of noise now
