Phil went above and beyond to make sure my repair experience was seamless! He double checked my information and triple checked. He scheduled my rental car and everything was timed perfectly. He kept in constant communication and my biggest surprise was not only a perfect repair but a complete car wash PLUS the inside was detailed and smelled like new! My experience with Weirs and with Phil made me love my car again and renewed my hope that true customer service still lives with at least one company - Weirs Collision Center!!!!! Bravo!
