Can’t say enough about how this was handled from start to finish. Car repairs are hard to begin with but then an accident happens 625 miles from home it certainly adds complications. The Weirs team - notable Bob Bernard went above and beyond always to keep me informed along the way. Sending pictures, explaining what they’re doing, explaining unexpected difficulties and having the patience of a saint with me and what were sometimes ridiculous questions and unforeseen travel delays. Things are bound to go wrong, that’s natural and it’s how one handles them that sets them apart. Bob went way above and beyond to make amends. I can’t say enough. I just wish I were closer and could use that shop again if needed!! Will tell my Maine family to make that hour drive if ever needed, it’s worth it. Thank you!!!

Although the Acadia looks good now- it took almost 3 weeks instead of the 6 days quoted. Forgot to order part and they had the car 3 days before they decided to replace a door. This should have been obvious on day 1. Outside of car was clean upon pickup but inside had so much dust from repair work.
