I was so lucky to find Weirs. First, they were incredibly fast: I didn't have to wait for an estimate, and they were able to begin the work the following week! (Other shops were scheduling two, three and even four months out.) Second, they were extremely professional, competent and thorough. Ryan spent nearly half an hour scrutinizing the damage to my headlight, bumper and fender and preparing a fastidious estimate, right down to ensuring new parts would match existing paint--something other shops did not seem to focus on. Third, the repairs were impeccable. My 2023 Honda Accord once again looks like the car I drove away from a showroom less than a year ago. Plus: the complex job was completed a few days ahead of schedule and within a few dollars of the estimate! And while I did not meet anyone from inside the shop itself, the front office folks were uniformly kind, courteous and sympathetic. I'm so grateful to the whole team.
