The time it took to fix a bumper is ridiculous. I also don't appreciate the constant being lied to about the time it would take to get my car back, every day they would add on a day or two. I am however grateful that the vehicle was picked up and dropped off, but go forward I will try my hardest to get my fleet vehicles serviced somewhere else.

I explained already I would get told one thing, then another. Multiple times they told me they where busy, they would call me back later with an ETA then wouldn't.

i had over 20 miles of electric miles that were gone, and on top of that gas used up. all to fix a bumper? what are the protocols for “test driving” diagnosis?
