Overall I felt very good about the quality of the repair work. It's just at this point I need to understand the paperwork.

I would have liked the paperwork shown and explained better. I was not clear what I signed days before my appt. Reviewing what paperwork I do have, I find there are two grand totals and they are very much different. The original estimate was based on not using my insurance? I never decided not to use it but must have answered a question that I answered incorrectly.

Incredible service & my vehicle looks brand spanking new! I was a bit anxious as I’ve had negative experiences with shops before (no communication, hidden costs, bad customer service) but this shop went above and beyond!!! Aubrey is such a kind soul, even when speaking with the techs, and it was very refreshing. I loved the tracker that showed the progress on my repairs too! I have absolutely zero complaints & will now go to Wesner for any of my body work needs :) THANK YOU!!!
