West Chester Auto Body was terrific. They communicated with me through each step of my repair and completed repair ahead of schedule. In addition , because this involved an insurance claim, they took care of all the approvals through my insurance company. The end result of repair is seamless , beautifully done. I would highly recommend you to everybody I know… Your communication is amazing and you take all of the stress out of getting my car repaired. You make it clear when parts are not available yet and every step of the way I have trusted that you would repair my car just like you would repair your own. Mike in the office is amazing and kept me up-to-date with both the cars I have brought to you… He is always available when I call and calls regularly to let me know how things are going. You can’t even tell that either of my two cars that were almost totaled, had even been wrecked ever.
