The repair took 25 days to complete. WC Auto Body was up front about how long it would take and they did complete the repair 5 days earlier than their estimate. Other than this it was a very good experience.

They worked directly with the other drivers insurance, made the car look like new, and completed it right on schedule. But the most amazing thing was the phone calls, texts and emails to keep me updated on the progress. Very nice touch.

These guys are a pleasure to deal with. They handled all contact with the insurance company, took direct payment and worked out adds, and kept us informed on progress via phone calls, emails and texts about every two to three days. The final product appears flawless, and they even did a thorough cleaning.
