I didn't give it a 10 due to a follow-up that I had to make to the Enterprise Rental company. Maybe it was a miscommunication or misunderstanding on my part, but I had to follow up with Enterprise Rental and the adjuster with Esurance to extend the rental days allowed. I thought I was informed that this had already been taken care of by Mike as part of the supplemental process.
