I was very impressed by all the people I came in contact with at West Herr Collision. From the first time I called and spoke with an employee to receiving text messages as to the progress of my vehicle. I am telling everyone what an awesome place you all are! I stopped by today and spoke with Brittany, I gave the girls a thank you card and a big tray of cookies for the staff, to show my appreciation of the excellent service I received. Once repairs were scheduled, everything went very smoothly and efficiently. Dawn, your front desk receptionist, is very helpful. Getting to the point of being able to schedule the repair was bumpy. Most of the blame was on my insurance company, State Farm, which always makes the process difficult if I don’t want to use their “authorized” shop. But the adjuster at West Herr added to the delay; it took multiple visits to the shop and a few follow up calls by me to get the correct damage photos submitted to State Farm. Frustrating.
