Top of the line service from the people at the front desk, and Zach who handled my initial estimate and everything along the way. Zach was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. My Durango was in very good hands with him. When I received my vehicle everything was perfect it looked brand new again. Incredibly smooth process from start to finish. I was very pleased and I will definitely recommend this collision shop to people I know in the future. Thanks for everything!

Thew door handle unlock sensor did not work after the repair. I need to bring the vehicle back in after it was already there at the shop for almost a month. That pretty irriating to experience.

Staff was very polite and helpful. My issue concerns communication. When my car was towed in I was assured by collision staff that they would “keep me in the loop” with regard to where we were in the process of repair, insurance, etc. I never received a call until the car was finished. Updates on progress fell on my plate to obtain. When the car was actually finished, there was miscommunication about where it was located for pickup. Once finally found and paid for, the car died in the middle of the intersection of Manitou and West Ridge. Fortunately, an employee from the Ford location saw the car and helped. As it turns out, the battery ground was loose, causing electrical failure. It seems as though the timeline was very long as well. The car was towed in December 29, 2025 and wasn’t ready for pick-up until February 5, 2026 We were thoughtfully gifted a gift card for that last trouble. So far, the car seems fine. Again, staff was always friendly and courteous. Communication was my only concern.
