When I came to pick up my car; the one light wasn’t fixed; I noticed it- their team did not check it over or notice it. They offered to pop off the fog light and asked if I could return when it was ready. I didn’t receive a call back for that; then I realized the bumper was not put back on my car correctly as well and had to go back to bring in my car again. They said they were busy and booked; but would try to squeeze my car in today. They were not Overly apologetic and they made two large mistakes that were noticed by me- not their manager or collision staff. This place was recommend by the insurance company so that is concerning.

there was clear coat over spray on my window. I had to make another trip in to get removed ( the guy did a great job). I also thought they could have done a better job of keeping the inside of my car clean ( dust) I assume when they took the doors off they left the rest of the Jeep exposed to what ever was in the air in the shop. I do appreciate the good communication and the speed of which i got my jeep back.

My daughter’s car looks great after the repairs from her accident. Paint matched nicely, and everything seems to be restored. The only thing West Herr missed was a daytime running light bulb needing to be replaced which will be done for her as soon as the part arrives. Other than that minor detail, quality of service and repairs were excellent

There were hand smudges on trim above rear tire. Just don't no why some one wouldn't have wiped them off. Also car has a horrible smell inside. Guess it's from the paint? Hopefully it will dissipate soon. Lastly, no one went over the finished repair with me. I was just asked as I was checking out, "Did you see it out there? Looks good as new."
