I brought my car to this shop for repairs and had a multi-port USB phone charger inside the vehicle when I dropped it off. When I picked up my car, the charger was missing. I contacted the shop and was told they would call me back after checking on it, but I never received any follow-up. The lack of accountability and communication was very disappointing. I expected better customer service and a more professional response.

West kendall Collison returned my car in excellent condition, the job was excellent, and returned the car even before the time they had established. They sent me a text every day to let me know the condition and the time the car was going to be returned. Im very thankful and pleased with their service.
