They need to improve many factors, sush as customer service, which should be more formal. They should properly cover the parts they are not going to work on so they don't get paint on them, and they should deliver the cara clean. From my experiencia with them, I have noticed that they need to improve in these areas. However, the bodywork turned out well, and they repaired the front bumper as I had told them, at no additional cost.
