Immaculate job on my car from a terrible accident. Even took care to clean and wash the car before pickup. That’s excellent level of care I’m looking for in a shop. Definitely recommend.

The shop had a very good rating looking at online reviews, which is a main reason that my daughter picked it. It has also been in business a long time. In general, the work done & our treatment was very professional & our circumstances & how busy your shoe was likely contributed to the communication issues.

Overall, given the extensive body damage to the car, the repairs done were very professional & I appreciated the effort made to get the work done before my daughter & I had to leave NY for Chicago and would have had to rent a car & leave the damaged car until the end of July. On the negative side, the need to paint the car was given as a reason for the multiple delays, but from my observations, it does not appear that the car was ever painted & some minor repairs were not completed to get the work done in time for us to leave NY. One side of the car still has minor dents & chips where the paint is missing, so the entire car could not have been re-painted - and I don't think partial paint jobs are done. Alot of work was done to salvage the car from being totaled was salvaged. However, I do have the impression that some of the tail end work was not done to finish in time. It was obvious that you were very busy w/lots of work going on, which may have made it hard to fit in the extensive work needed for our car that led to the late rush to get the work done.

The shop personnel were very professional and did all of the communications w/State Farm to get the repair work approved. They were also very courteous in dealing w/us & obviously worked hard at the end to get the car ready before we had to leave NY. Per my previous comment, I do have the impression that the reasons given for the schedule delays were not really true & had more to do w/how busy your shop was w/other repairs - and that the need to paint the car given as one of the reasons was never actually done (along w/other minor repairs) due to our time constraints to leave NY.
