For this to be a dealership the work isn’t the quality you should be getting. Very disappointing.

The quality of work was not good. Runs and bubbles in the paint. The body shop is going to try to resolve the issues this Monday. Hopefully they will fix the issues and meet the quality of work that Westcott is known for. We will see! To be continued…

There were a lot of excuses made of why the quality was poor. The manager wanted to have the insurance company pay for some of the fix and for the loaner/rental while they have my truck for another week.
