Overall extremely satisfied with the service. Vehicle was ready a day before which my wife and I really loved. Car was brought to us clean interior and exterior. Markos was super kind and even fixed a scratch we had previously due to someone hitting our car while we were parked. I can’t thank Markos and staff enough for the hospitality and professionalism. Process was easy and being kept in the loop was amazing. Definitely highly recommend. Top shop in LA.

Western Auto Crafters has always been my go to spot to get my cars fixed. My car was rear ended and had to get it fixed since it’s a lease. Not only did they fix the rear bumper but they went above and beyond and made additional repairs at no extra cost. Their attention to detail is incredible. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. I’m a repeat customer for a reason. It’s not always easy transacting these days— the WAC team is the opposite of difficult. They are respectful, they go the extra mile, they care, they let the work speak for itself. If you have concerns, questions or problems, it is a priority to them to hear and remedy them. I trust WAC more than many dealerships or independent services.
