After receiving the service from here, I feel that their employees are very trustworthy. Marco, who I believe, is the owner made promises to me and all were fulfilled. Once again I appreciate all that they have done for me and my family and ensuring that my car is now safe and reliable again.

I was very impressed by their customer service. From the receptionist to the owner, everyone was quick to do their job. I was particularly impressed about their professionalism. They were quick to remedy any issue, for example, I was waiting for enterprise and Sandra, who I believe is the receptionist, called Enterprise to see what was taking so long and to notify them that the client, me, had been waiting for an extended time. I really appreciated this since I am very busy and also expecting at the moment.

The team at Western was incredibly accommodating and understanding. My Nissan turned out great, you'd think it were brand new! Marco was very helpful in making sure everything was taken care of. Absolutely no complaints. Thank you Western Auto Crafters!

Western Autocrafters in La has a wonderful team. I dealt directly with Marko who reassured me I was in good hands. He is wonderful! Everyone was pleasant and great to work with. Marko was extremely accommodating and understanding! I felt like I was getting the best customer service the entire time! I will be returning if I have any other issues in future.
