I was completely satisfied with the results. The owner guaranteed me date it would be completed and the results were more than I had expected. The end results looked like nothing had ever happened, the car looked brand new. I definitely recommend this auto shop.

Great service! My car was unfortunately hit and my main request was for their insurance to take car to a place certified by Mercedes. Western Auto Crafters came clutch with all the repairs. Terrific experience! My car looks brand new. The work they do is amazing. The service is excellent. They finished ahead of schedule and I am just so happy with the work. They helped with the rental, they kept me updated on the schedule, they work well with my insurance. I really can’t say enough about how wonderful they are.
