I purchased a Toyota and only put a few miles on it before somebody crashed into the back of the vehicle. I brought it to Western Auto Body and they did the most beautiful job and kept in touch. When I dropped it off and when I picked it up we sat around. We talked about their methods for fixing my car and other things everyone in the office and the technicians that repair my vehicle were outstanding

Their customer service personnel work great. Very empathetic and professional. They helped me understand have the insurance policy was going to pay for the repairs and they were also able to help me with the rental of the car.
