Overall it was a really good experience. The truck was returned in great shape and clean. There were a few setbacks regarding the time to deliver and ended up taking much longer than anticipated. Having the rental helped with that, but since it wasn’t a truck I couldn’t do with it what I normally do with my truck. Lastly, it was disappointing to have to return a few times to have the tailgate shock support fixed and ended up not having it fixed despite the staff attempts. Objectively, the tailgate does not work like it was when I dropped off to have the truck serviced. Staff is friendly and professional but I can’t help and feel it was a bit of a disappointment to not have it working like it was.

Wayne is awesome, everything went super smooth. Dropped off the car, and got shuttled to Enterprise to pick-up a rental. My vehicle was repaired a week earlier than quoted and I was able to just leave the rental with Caliber when I picked up my car. Highly recommend Caliber Collission!
