Anthony and the staff were wonderful. The car is brilliant inside and out. I was overwhelmed with how it appeared when they brought it back to me at my house. Communications were totally wonderful. I couldn’t ask for better service.

My experience working with the Caliber team was excellent from the initial appointment where the process and repair schedule was discussed to the follow up call I received bringing me up to date and validating the repair schedule. I was very pleased with the customer service starting with when I made my initial appointment to the day I picked up my vehicle. Everyone was kind, professional and I got my vehicle back very quickly. The workmanship is very good. My car was sparkling clean both in the interior and the exterior. A few people have said my car looks brand new. I agree with them!
