The overall quality of the shop was subpar. It began with their automated system leading me to believe my car was ready when that wasn’t the case at all. When I brought this up they stated they didn’t use the automated system. I had a problem with two of the employees refusing to want to help me and instead just pointing me to their supervisor. All in all the general attitude of the shop employees that I interacted showed a lack of care for the customers. The quality of the work was appropriate as they left my car looking fresh. Though the quality of work was good I would never come back here again.
