I would recommend them. As I mentioned before the only issue is that I had to bring it back for them to match the color correctly. And even after that there is still a mismatch on the bumpers although it is tolerable

Very friendly. Conscientious. Professional. When I had an issue with the color mismatch they redid it. The only problem is even after they repainted the doors. There is still a color mismatch with the bumpers. It is not extreme but noticeable. I think since they repainted the doors they should have repainted the bumpers as well to make it a better match

Terrible customer service, was hung up on several times. Then my rate went from 250$ for pickup to 500$. Upon pickup I am still having issues, literally my windows wouldn’t roll down & also my side mirrors would adjust using the interior buttons. They had a mechanic fix it on spot but I’m worried about all the other issues I couldn’t spot immediately. My brakes feel absolutely and horrendous, also my interior screen is lagging and shutting off randomly when I drive, not sure if that’s another electrical issue just like the window problem they “fixed” I called about it and they told me to call my insurance adjuster instead of trying to help me. Overall absolutely horrendous service and they should be removed from AAA customers. In conclusion I got my car back from a crash & it still feels crashed but guess what at least I have new headlights right? Terrible.

repairs great, but there was damage done to middle front bumper & frame of door. When I went to pick-up my car they didn't do walk around just handed me my keys & I left not checking my car. it was my error not to check my car I was in a hurry had a patient waiting at the clinic. I didn't notice the damage till I got home. I called Western Collision the receptionist told me the damage was there already (there was damage to lower front driver side bumper prior) I told her it wasn't the same area on the bumper & asked if we could go over the pictures she took, told me to come in but that damage was there. I went back receptionist was there with a male. I felt very intimidated the way she was acting toward me, very rude & wouldn't go over the pictures she took when I first took my car in. the paperwork, she showed me stated the damage was there before. but I told here where the damage was on the phone. they will not help me.

Workers at Western Collision made my experience smooth and easy from the minute of inspection to receiving car repaired. They called a ride to enterprise when car was dropped off, making transition to a rental easy on me as well. Was very happy with the job done on the damages.
