It is always a pleasure to do business with Westport Auto Craft. They have been amazingly helpful, picked me up from my home when I needed a ride, made arrangements for the rental car to pick me up, and made the whole experience painless. Ron, Rob, Ed, and all the employees I met had happy, positive attitudes and excellent customer service. The car looks brand new, and they even washed it so it was sparkling clean. Truly a outstanding experience of professionalism and respect treating the customer with any concerns and addressing them and keeping me informed throughout the whole process. Your company should be the model at which all other repair shops perform their business thank you for keeping me informed throughout the whole process and updated.
