The outside looks great, however, the new door issue troubles me. I know they won’t repair it because I don’t have “proof” that it wasn’t an issue prior to them repairing my car

The turn around was fast but now I have an issue with my back door. The handle no longer opens my back door from the inside- which wasn’t an issue when I originally brought the car in

i really liked how I was given a date for the repair, albeit seven weeks from the accident, but the repair was completed within ten days of drop off, as discussed. Proper expectation setting. I also appreciated the small thing of my car being pointed out towards the road each time, versus backing up into a v difficult traffic pattern.
