Knowledgeable personnel from the moment you walk in door until you have picked up your car. Business like and honest; will give you straight answers. Unfortunately my car has been hit 3 times; fortunately I only go to Westport auto craft. Great that enterprise car rental coordinates on site with WAC.

The shop did okay but we are not happy with the Liberty mutual agents responses and lack of. If we do not get the deductible back soon we will change insurance. Thanks.
