Westside Body and Paint offers many services that can assist you with your collision experience. We offer an after hours drop off box and a modern waiting room offering all the amenities at your convenience. We also offer assistance with towing and on site paintless dent repair. Our facility uses top of the line measuring systems and frame equipment to ensure your car is repaired back to its factory specifications. We also use PPG water based paints that are low emissions, and have a minimal impact on the environment. We are a recognized green shop and all of the waste in the facility is recycled to reduce our environmental footprint.

I was happy with the work done. I am not happy about the fact that I asked for you guys to look at my trunk because it wasn’t working from the drunk driver hitting that spot. Your employees said it looked like I purposely cut my own trunk line and that you would have to charge me for even taking a look. I got my insurance involved and they gave the approval of getting my trunk fixed. I was honest about previous damage and all o wanted was the damage to get fixed from the incident I went through. I also didn’t appreciate that it seemed like whoever wrote in the notes about the trunk situation, had to have a last say. The way it was worded was like a high school teenager wanted to be snarky and have last say. I don’t appreciate that because I’m just trying to get my car fixed from being a victim of a drunk driver that hit my car into my garage. Also this information will be going to my insurance to get that part responsible for my damage to pay for the damage so that comments does not make me look good. I am beyond upset. What makes me mad was the threats and calling me a liar and your employees acting acting like a teenager, trying to have the last word. I was a returning customer. Now I will never come here again with how unprofessional your staff handled this.
