I was so stressed about my car needing body work as I would be paying out of pocket for it. I have used two other chain body shops in Austin in the past and was not 100% satisfied with the work that was done. This time, my car was returned to me looking fabulous, honestly looking like new. The Mazda Soul Red is a difficult color to match, and the other shops didn't do a very good job, but Whitaker did such a good job that you can't even tell where the work was done. I am ecstatic.

Great customer service. Kyle went over everything in great detail and they were able to get my car in for the necessary repairs right away. The receptionist, whose name I unfortunately cannot remember, was the absolute sweetest.

The new Whitaker Auto Collision Center location is so much easier to get to! Julie handled all the paperwork and rental car setup, while Kyle kept me updated on the repairs the whole way. Everything was finished on time and the car looks great. Super professional and helpful team—highly recommend!

My car looks great, the staff was informative and kind. They walked me through all details of the repair
