I was impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. Everyone seemed to want the customer to be happy. Communication was good. The problem with the fender emblems was just a small mistake, easily corrected. I've ordered replacements and look forward to bringing them in and finishing the job. The car looks great, by the way.
