After being hit I saw the obvious dent but didn't notice smaller other damage to my car that the appraiser did point out. They were fast honest fair and my car looks great!

Never being involved in an accident before I wasn't sure what to do next. Between geico enterprise n whitemarsh collision they were great in repairing my car back to new in literally 3days after the accident. Everyone was friendly and I definately will use whitemarsh collision again. I have nothing but praise for everyone that helped me along the process.

The paint looks nice and work , was done well . I didn't wssh it right away , as the weather was very warm . Today November 24,2014 was a warm day and it did get dark early . I wash it and it didn't feel smooth . Though , I used a brushless spray washer . Maybe another day and using a sponge or soft cloth , will yeild better results . It had rained and leaves and debris , had gotten on the vehicle . Probably just needs a better wash job , didn't want to chance messing up the new painted areas . What do you think ? Does it just need a more through washing / cleaning ? Like I said , allot of debris on the road this morning . I was just happy The paint , wasn't messed up again . Otherwise it looks good ... Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, will absolutely recommend Whitemarsh to all my friends and family. They were constantly in communication with me throughout the process, and offered me advice for an upcoming vehicle purchase. I didn't know I could pick up my car before 8am. A message was left on my cell phone, but I gave my daytime work number and that wasn't used. When I got the message my car was ready, your shop was already closed and you gave your opening hours as 8am.

First, thanks for the quality work. I'm satisfied by how the car looks. I was disappointed by how long it took to complete the work. The texts would be a nice touch if They didn't contain conflicting information. For example, the first text said the 28th. The next two texts said good news it will done on the 24th. The next text said we are making good progress. Then the next one said its rescheduled back to the 28th. AJ mentioned you just started the texts so I trust you will iron out these problems. Thanks
