I came back to the shop and showed them that piece of plastic trim needs to be replaced since it’s cracked and it’s not flush with the car anymore. I just noticed last night that when I put my turn signal on there’s a beeping sound which is normally related to it showing that something is on my side, which is like a normal warning signal in my car but now it’s not working. Not sure what’s different about My dashboard but I guess they said it differently or maybe they factory reset it or something so I guess I’ll have to get further instruction and definitely. I’m concerned about my electronics and warning signals being repaired properly.

My car was fixed, but then a problem developed and that issue is still not resolved. There doesn’t seem to be any sense of urgency in getting my car back to me.

During my initial interactions, things were very good with reminders and status updates. Now my car is back due to a system calibration issue, and there has been minimal interaction to keep me informed or to expedite the repairs.
