Repair looks great. Insurance had issues, but resolved. Tommy was friendly and assured me all was handled. Could communicate better on how things are going. I initiated three calls inquiring on status. The final day, I called to learn "car has been ready' but no one called me. Seems like sharing status could be maintained better on your part.
