4 because I can’t trust them to replace pets the same way they came off and damages to my tint on both passenger side windows

I’m giving a five star rating due to the fact that both my passenger side windows had nicks in the tint and wavy and blury spots going through the whole front passenger side window and half way through the rear passenger window both windows also had nicks in the tint and that caused bubbles to form upon receiving my vehicle after repairs I was told that they would only cover one window and my rear passenger door locking mechanism was installed incorrectly it is crooked in the door panel you can’t even lift up on it to unlock the door anymore you have to use the buttonSo now I have to take the door panel off to fix it properly and pay for a window that isn’t covered but was damaged upon fixing my vehicle not only that I have to pay for all other windowsTo be re-tinted just so the tint will match the new tinted window that you guys will cover. Other than that nice greetings and good attitude from all employees

I was shock on the quick repair and an amazing job this staff did on repairing my 2019 Camry XSE. I dropped my car on Tuesday and they told me it should be done by next week, I didn’t think that could happen. Thank you guys for an amazing job.
